Bracelet Size Guide
Find a comfortable fit for your Luna Meets Sun bracelet. Chain bracelets, beaded styles, cuffs, and bangles fit differently, so check the measurements and design details on each product page.
Measure Your Wrist
-
Wrap a flexible measuring tape around your wrist where you would like the bracelet to sit.
-
Keep the tape close to the skin without pulling it tight.
-
Record your wrist circumference in centimetres.
You can also use a non-stretch string or strip of paper. Mark where the ends meet, lay it flat, and measure it against a ruler.
Your wrist measurement is a starting point, rather than the finished bracelet length.
Choosing a Chain Bracelet Length
A flexible chain bracelet generally needs a little extra room beyond your wrist measurement.
As a starting estimate, allow approximately 1–2 cm for movement, depending on the design and how closely you like it to fit.
For example, a 16 cm wrist might suit a fine chain bracelet around 17–18 cm long. This is general guidance, not a guaranteed fit.
For a closer comparison, measure a similar bracelet you already find comfortable.
Measure an Existing Bracelet
Unfasten the bracelet and lay it flat without stretching it. Measure its wearable length, including the clasp.
If it has an extender, note the shortest and longest fastening positions. Compare these with the measurements on the product page.
Beaded & Elastic Bracelets
Large beads occupy space inside a bracelet, so its total length may not reflect the room available for your wrist.
For elastic styles, check the recommended wrist range or internal measurement where provided. Stretch allows the bracelet to pass over your hand; it does not mean the design fits every wrist.
Avoid overstretching, and do not assume an elastic bracelet will permanently expand to the size you need.
Bangles
A closed bangle must pass over your hand as well as fit around your wrist.
Bring your fingers together with your thumb tucked towards your palm, as you would when putting on a bangle. Measure around the widest part of your hand and compare with the bangle’s internal circumference, if provided.
If the listing gives an internal diameter instead, compare it with a similarly shaped bangle that already fits. Do not compare diameter directly with circumference.
Cuffs & Adjustable Bracelets
Cuffs fit through an opening rather than sliding over the whole hand. Their internal dimensions and opening size both affect the fit.
Only adjust a cuff or bracelet if the product description confirms it is designed for adjustment. Do not force or repeatedly bend a rigid design.
