Shopping With Us

Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information when placing an order. You must be authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Before completing your purchase, check the product description, measurements, materials, quantity, delivery address, and order total.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly. We’ll check whether a change is still possible. This does not affect any cancellation or other rights available under consumer law.

Product Information

Our collection includes a range of jewellery styles. Where a product is described as “vintage-inspired,” this refers to its design style and does not mean the item is antique or previously owned.

Materials, finishes, and measurements vary between products. Refer to the individual listing for information about your chosen piece.

Photographs may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. Natural materials may vary in shade, shape, or pattern where described. These variations do not remove our obligation to supply products that match their descriptions and meet applicable consumer guarantees.

Gold-tone describes a colour and does not mean solid gold. If you need further material information or have a known metal sensitivity, please contact us before purchasing.

Prices & Payment

The currency applicable to your purchase is displayed in the store and at checkout. Please check it before completing payment.

Your order total, including applicable taxes and delivery charges collected by us, will be shown before you confirm your purchase. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. A later price change does not alter an existing confirmed order.

Order Confirmation & Availability

We’ll send an order confirmation to the email address supplied at checkout. Please review it and contact us if any details are incorrect.

If a stock discrepancy or another issue prevents us from fulfilling your order, we’ll contact you promptly. We will not substitute a different item without your agreement. If we cannot supply an item, we’ll refund the amount paid for that item and any delivery charge attributable solely to it.

If we discover a pricing or description error affecting your order, we’ll explain it and discuss a correction or cancellation with you, subject to your legal rights. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Shipping & Delivery

Our Shipping page explains available destinations, processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping charges.

Please provide a complete delivery address and notify us promptly of any mistake. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delivery estimates can be affected by public holidays, customs processing, or courier disruptions. If a delivery problem occurs with a courier we arranged, contact us so we can investigate and meet our obligations to you.

Any international duties or import charges payable separately will be explained in our Shipping information or at checkout.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Please read our Returns & Exchanges page for change-of-mind eligibility, request deadlines, exclusions, and return instructions.

Opening a box to inspect an item does not, by itself, prevent an otherwise eligible change-of-mind return. The item must meet the condition and packaging requirements in our returns policy.

Specific change-of-mind exclusions apply to earrings and final-sale items. These conditions do not limit your rights if goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied, damaged on arrival, or do not match their description.

Please contact us for the appropriate return address and instructions before posting an item.

The returns policy provided when you place your order applies to that purchase. Later changes will not reduce the rights or benefits attached to an existing order.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions are subject to the conditions displayed with the offer, including eligibility, expiry dates, minimum spend, and product exclusions.

Any restrictions on combining discounts will be stated with the offer. Please check that your intended discount appears before completing your purchase.

We will not retrospectively remove a valid discount from a confirmed order.

Jewellery Care

Follow the instructions supplied with your item and the guidance on our Jewellery Care page.

Finishes and delicate components can be affected by friction, moisture, cosmetics, and handling. Whether a change in appearance constitutes a fault depends on the circumstances, including the product’s description and reasonably expected durability.

Care guidance does not replace or limit your statutory consumer rights.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies available under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or other applicable consumer law.

If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or another remedy, depending on the circumstances. You do not have to accept store credit where you are legally entitled to a refund.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose personal information when you browse our website, contact us, or place an order.

Website Content & Use

Website content, including photographs, text, graphics, and branding, belongs to Luna Meets Sun or its respective owners or licensors. You may browse and use the website for personal shopping purposes. Commercial reproduction requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
